Composition:
≥30% purified water; ≥5% but <15% sodium hydroxide

Instructions for use:
For combi ovens: evenly apply the product on the internal surface, activate the steam mode for 5-15 minutes, then rinse the surface with water.
For grills, stoves, ovens, extractors, and other frying equipment: apply the product on a cooled or heated surface, leave for 3-5 minutes, scrub with a brush, then rinse with water. For heavy contamination, repeat the treatment and increase the contact time.
